PCB invites ICC high-ups for SL home series

Karachi: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) wants to create a positive impact, regarding security arrangements in Pakistan, during the upcoming series against Sri Lanka, therefore has extended invitations to dignitaries at the cricket governing body, International Cricket Council (ICC).

“The PCB has extended invites to the ICC Chairman, Vice-Chairman and CEO for the Pakistan-Sri Lanka series and we are awaiting their responses”, the PCB spokesperson told this correspondent.

The limited-over series, between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, will begin with the first ODI in Karachi on September 27th.

After three ODIs in Karachi, both teams will lock horns in three T20i matches series in Lahore.

“In addition to the above, Chairman Cricket Australia will watch October 5th T20I in Lahore”, the PCB spokesperson concluded.
