March 7, 2018 | By

Karachi: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has formally requested the International Cricket Council (ICC) to fix a date for the reassessment of Mohammad Hafeez’s bowling action.

“The request has been sent and now the ICC will reply with the date and venue for Hafeez’s bowling action test”, the official said.

Hafeez, who was suspended from bowling last year, is also upbeat that he would clear the test at any ICC accredited centre.

“I have worked very hard on my bowling action and ready to go through the bowling action review anytime”, Hafeez said.

Mohammad Hafeez underwent an assessment, in England, on November 1st after his bowling action was reported during the ODI series against Sri Lanka in October last year.
