PCB vindicates ‘Scoreline’ story on Nasir Jamshed

Karachi: The ‘scoreline.org‘, on Monday, published a news items, claiming that Nasir Jamshed, suspended Pakistan cricketer, has not been co-operating with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) during the on-going inquiry into the bid to corrupt the recently concluded Pakistan Super League (PSL).

 

T he story https://scoreline.org/jamshed-puts-pcb-inquiry-on-hold/ claimed that despite several requests nobody, from the PCB, had been able to meet Nasir Jamshed in person.

 

The story was vindicated, the next day, by the Pakistan Cricket board (PCB) when it issued a notice of charge to Nasir Jamshed for violation of articles 2.4.6 and 2.4.7 of the PCB Anti-Corruption Code.

 

The mentioned articles refer to the non-co-operation from the accused which could hinder the course of an inquiry.
