Nadeem Omar extends help to ground staff in Karachi, Quetta

Karachi: The franchise of Pakistan Super League (PSL), Quetta Gladiators has come forward to extend a helping hand to people at various cricket grounds in Karachi and Quetta during this trying phase of lockdown in the wake of the Covid-19 spread in the country.

The manager of the Quetta Gladiators, Azam Khan informed that cash had been distributed amongst as many as 70 ground staff, scores, umpires etc at various cricket grounds in Karachi.

Furthermore, talking to this correspondent, the owner of the franchise, Nadeem Omar said that with their relief activities they were reaching out to Balochistan as well.

“We are also sending help to ground-men and support staff in Quetta stadiums in this hour of need”, Nadeem Omar said.

The Gladiators’ boss further said that the crisis is great however they are trying to do as much as possible.

“We have also distributed ration in Baluchistan and will continue our efforts to help as many people in the province as possible”, Nadeem Omar concluded.
