Misbah sees similar role in PSL

Karachi: The head coach and chief selector of the Pakistan Cricket team, Misbah-ul-Haq has said that he looked forward to performing in a similar capacity during the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) as well.

Addressing a press conference, here, on Wednesday the former captain said he had offers, from franchises, to represent them as a player.

“Two franchises want me to play for them but I have made up my mind”, Misbah said

“I want to stay in the background to monitor players. It will give me a better idea about participating individuals”, Misbah added

Misbah-ul-Haq played for Islamabad United and Peshawar Zalmi in previous editions of the PSL.
