Karachi: The legendary former Pakistan captain, Misbah-ul-Haq will be featuring at the latest edition of the renowned Ramzan Cricket tournament, Naya Nazimabad Ramzan Cup, at the Naya Nazimabad stadium, from May 9th.
Misbah will lead his side in the second match on the inaugural day of the tournament.
“Apart from Misbah, hard-hitting former international batsman, Imran Nazir, Kamran Akmal, Umar Akmal, Ahmad Shahzad, Abdul Razzaq, Asad Shafiq, Khurram Manzoor, Fawad Alam, Iftikhar Ahmed, Umer Amin and other national and first-class players are in different outfits as well”, said a tournament official
Sixteen teams, including renowned departments, are participating in the tournament, having prizes worth Rs. 8 million. The final of the tournament is scheduled on May 26th.
