PSL from Feb’s last week; matches in Abu Dhabi too

Karachi: The big guns of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) – chairman Najam Sethi and COO Subhan Ahmed – are in UAE to discuss modalities of holding some matches, of the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), in Abu Dhabi as well. “Along with Dubai and Sharjah, this time around the PCB wants to hold 6-7 PSL matches in Abu Dhabi as well”, a source, privy to the development, said

About the tentative PSL-3 schedule, the source said the event is to begin in the last week of February next year.

“As we speak, February 23rd is the tentative date of commencement of the PSL-3 with the final game on March 25th”, the source added

“The plan of holding two matches in Lahore and the final game in Karachi is still intact”, the source concluded
